I have lived in three worlds at the same time for three decades.

Nearly 30 years in technology and business, including leadership roles at companies like Microsoft and Amazon. I have led teams, handled high-stakes customer escalations, and worked across engineering, product, and field organizations. I am currently a Director of Business Strategy at Microsoft, leading global business strategy and execution in close partnership with the Executive Team to drive consistent field execution at scale.Pastoral and Mentoring Leadership

Born with a speech impediment. Flunked kindergarten. Barely graduated high school. In eighth grade, my mom ended her own life. I spiraled into addiction and ended up homeless, living in my truck with a pet rat named Merlin. In that place, a friend invited me to church. Jesus met me and started rebuilding my life piece by piece.
Over the last twenty plus years, more than forty leaders, peers, customers, and team members have written public recommendations about my leadership on LinkedIn.

I take my commitments to Microsoft seriously, including all non-compete and conflict of interest obligations. I will not engage in any work that competes with or compromises my responsibilities there. In addition, before we do any ongoing 1 on 1 work, I require that we both sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement so we can protect the strictest level of privacy for anything you share.
