Why This, Why Now
After 30 years in tech leadership and 20 years pastoring people, I’ve noticed a concerning pattern. We live in a world that’s more connected... but less grounded.
Leaders are burning out. Families are stretched thin. And people everywhere are quietly asking, “Is this all there is?”
Leader Unlock exists because I’ve been there… at the height of success and on the edge of collapse. I’ve seen what happens when you chase performance over peace, and what changes when you finally rediscover rhythm.
This publication isn’t about perfection. It’s about becoming whole again... learning how to lead well, live well, and finish well empowered with the tools and frameworks truly needed for sustainable success.
About Me
I’ve spent decades helping people thrive in boardrooms, living rooms, and hospital rooms.
In tech, I’ve built strategies for global teams at Microsoft and Amazon. In ministry, I’ve walked with families through their darkest nights and brightest breakthroughs.
Those two worlds… faith and leadership… have taught me the same truth: real success is internal before it’s external.
Now, I’m bringing those lessons here, in the hope that they’ll help you navigate your own story with greater peace, purpose, and focus.
