Trusted Advisor For Leaders Under Pressure

You are the one people count on. This is a place where you do not have to pretend you are fine.

Most leaders look strong on the outside and feel the weight on the inside.

If you are carrying teams, targets, and a family… and you do not really have anyone or anywhere to turn that supports you, I am here to advise you.

Every week I write to help senior leaders under pressure lead with clarity and leave a legacy that outlives their job title. My goal is simple… help you make better decisions, protect your family, and walk with strength in the middle of real responsibility.

I also keep a few spots open each month to meet 1 on 1 with leaders who need a confidential, trusted advisor. If you want more information, fill out the contact form below.

Who this is for

This is not for everyone.
It is for leaders who carry real weight and feel it:

  • Senior leaders in tech or business, Directors, VPs, GMs, Founders

  • Pastors and ministry leaders who carry both spiritual and organizational responsibility

  • Experienced or emerging leaders who have suddenly stepped into a much bigger role and need a trusted sounding board fast

If people look to you when things are on fire… and you have very few places where you can be fully honest about what it costs… this is built for you.

What I help you with

I am not here to make you famous. You might already be. I am here to help you stay faithful and to build a legacy you are not secretly burning yourself and your family to sustain.

In plain language, here is what I help you with:

  • Turning chaos into clear decisions you can act on

  • Seeing the real dynamics under the surface of your team, board, or organization

  • Navigating high stakes conversations without losing your integrity

  • Protecting your spouse, kids, and closest relationships from the hidden tax of your role

  • Building simple rhythms so you are not always running on fumes

This is high trust, real world work for leaders who are already carrying a lot.

This is high touch, 1 on 1 work with limited spots

1. Clarity Session

We start with a 60 to 90 minute session where you lay out what you are carrying. Work, home, pressure, all of it. We surface what is really going on and define what healthy and successful would look like for you in this season.

You walk away with a clearer picture of where you are, what is pulling on you, and a small set of concrete next steps.

2. Ongoing Trusted Advisor

If it makes sense for both of us, we set a regular rhythm, usually 2 sessions per month.

You bring your hardest decisions and most complex situations. I bring clear thinking, real world leadership experience, and honest questions. Together we decide what to do next in a way that protects both people and results.

This is a confidential space where you do not have to have the right answer ready. You get to think, process, and decide with someone who understands both the pressure and the stakes.

3. Simple follow through

You leave each call with 2 or 3 concrete moves, not a pile of theory.

Over time we also build or refine basic rhythms around work, family, and your inner life so you can keep going without quietly breaking. Nothing complicated. Just patterns you can actually live.

Why you can trust me

I am not an influencer who read three leadership books and decided to coach.
I have lived in three worlds at the same time for three decades.
I am not self made. I am grace made.

  • Tech Leadership
Nearly 30 years in technology and business, including leadership roles at companies like Microsoft and Amazon. I have led teams, handled high stakes customer escalations, and worked across engineering, product, and field organizations.

  • Pastoral and Mentoring Leadership
Years as a pastor, walking people through grief, conflict, addiction, and reconciliation. Preaching, mentoring, and sitting with people in the middle of real pain, not theory.

  • A life built from rock bottom
Born with a speech impediment. Flunked kindergarten. Barely graduated high school. In eighth grade, my mom ended her own life. I spiraled into addiction and ended up homeless, living in my truck with a pet rat named Merlin. In that place, a friend invited me to church. Jesus met me and started rebuilding my life piece by piece.

Over the last twenty plus years, more than forty leaders, peers, customers, and team members have written public recommendations about my leadership on LinkedIn.

They consistently describe the same things:

  • Calm in crisis

  • Clarity in chaos

  • Fierce customer and people advocacy

  • Lifting teams and culture, not just metrics

I share that not to brag, but so you know this work has been tested in real rooms, with real people, under real pressure. Any wisdom I share about leadership, career, or family is me trying to be a good steward of what God has done in my life.

Here are examples of recommendations from leaders, find all of them here. Click to Zoom in

What to expect when you fill out the form

When you fill out the contact form below, here is what will happen:

  1. I (and me alone) will read what you share and pray through it.

  2. If it seems like a possible fit, I will reach out to schedule a short video call, 15 to 20 minutes, so we can meet and talk live.

  3. On that call, we will name the main pressure you are under, what you would hope to get from a trusted advisor, and whether this work is right for you in this season.

If it is not a fit, I will tell you honestly and, if I can, point you to a better option.
If it is a fit, we will talk about cadence and investment that respects both of us.

You do not have to carry all of this in your own head.

If that sounds like what you need, fill out the form below and tell me a little about the weight you are carrying right now and what you hope will change.
