In the Christian life, redemption and reclamation are related but not the same thing. Redemption is Jesus paying the price for you once for all on the cross, rescuing you and calling you His own. Reclamation is the long, slow, holy work of partnering with Him as He helps you recover the “wasteland” places in your story, one obedient step at a time.
